Al-Aqeeq Schools needed to replace fragmented systems (spreadsheets for attendance, paper for fee collection, SMS for parent communications) with a single, coherent platform that staff, teachers, and parents could all use.

Our Approach
How we shipped
We implemented Odoo for core operations (student records, fees, HR, accounting) and built a multi-role mobile app — teachers see their classes and mark attendance; parents see grades, fees, and announcements for their children. Staff use Odoo's web portal directly for back-office work.
