Facility-management companies in Egypt manage hundreds of technicians across thousands of sites. Paper work orders and WhatsApp threads couldn't scale — they needed a single system for ticket dispatch, on-site completion evidence, and SLA tracking.

Our Approach
How we shipped
We built FM Pro as a multi-tenant mobile app that each FM company can deploy to its own technicians. Core features: ticket queue with geofenced assignment, on-site photo/signature evidence, SLA countdown timers, and a dispatcher web console for the operations team.
