What they were up against
Safetrans operates across continents with multi-leg shipments, multiple carriers, customs workflows, and customer billing in multiple currencies. Stock logistics software either lacked the flexibility or cost more than building custom.

Our Approach
How we shipped
We took Odoo as the financial and operational foundation and built a custom logistics layer on top: shipment booking, carrier-rate comparison, multi-leg route planning, customs documentation workflow, and customer-facing tracking. Integrated with carrier APIs where available, web-scraped where not.
