What they were up against
Sama Shipping needed a system tailored to freight and logistics — shipment tracking, multi-leg routes, carrier management, and customs documentation — none of which stock Odoo covers out of the box.

Our Approach
How we shipped
On top of a standard Odoo implementation we built a logistics-operations module: shipment records with multi-leg routing, carrier and customs workflow, and dashboards for ops managers to see fleet and shipment status at a glance.
